Boost Juice in Australia is seeking a Store Business Manager to lead a vibrant team of Boosties, drive store performance, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will recruit, onboard, train, and roster your team; implement local marketing, manage costs and inventory, and ensure the store meets financial goals. A proven hospitality or retail leadership background is essential, with a hands-on, results-driven approach.

With 800 stores across 13 different countries and counting. We are now seeking a passionate hospitality or retail leader with the positivity to lead our team of energetic Boosties, in the position of Store Business Manager

In your role, you will drive the business forward and overseeing the success of your store. As an established customer service leader, we want to see you lead by example and be hands on with your vibrant team of Boosties, supporting them to be the best they can be, delivering positive customer experiences!

As a Store Business Manager, your role will involve -

Motivating your team of Boosties to promote the Boost Values and culture to deliver a positive customer experience.

Hiring, on boarding, training, rostering your team of Boosties

Implementing marketing campaigns to grow your business and delight your customers.

Meeting the stores financial objectives.

Grow and develop your team to be future leaders within the brand.

Controlling purchasing costs and inventory levels

Maintaining operations by implementing and following policies & standard operating procedures

What are we looking for?

Proven leadership experience either a fast-paced hospitality, or retail environment.

Solid business acumen.

Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail.

Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.

Ability to work a flexible rotating roster including nights/ weekends.

A profound focus on customer service and driven by results.
