Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a dynamic team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and well-organised with delegation ability.
• Financial acumen with P&L, inventory, rostering and cost control.
• Ability to lead and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage store budget including labour, sales vs budget, inventory and margins.
• Build relationships with trade and retail customers for growth.
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives as required.
• Coordinate with WA Infield sales team on strategy.
• Focus on customer satisfaction through product and store experiences.
• Recruit, onboard and coach new team members.
• Roster and manage the team with feedback and coaching.
• Ensure safe working environment and procedures.
• Foster continuous improvement and learning.
