About The Role

We are recruiting for an experienced operationally focused Branch Manager to run the team in the Mackay showroom. As the Branch Manager, you will be solely responsible to oversee operations of the business, such as managing logistics, overseeing the dispatch team, motivating and coaching the sales team, and be passionate about successfully running a well-established business. To be successful in this role, you need to have a strong grasp on what it means to be a successful manager within a retail space.
