Cotton On Group in Australia invites a store leader to champion culture, coach a team of brand ambassadors, and drive exceptional customer experiences in our Melbourne stores. You will lead scheduling, wage targets, and operational excellence while spotting trade opportunities to grow store performance.

Beyond commerce, you will support the Cotton On Group Foundation and its community projects worldwide, aligning the team with our purpose.

• Lead and embed culture that builds a team of engaged product and Brand ambassadors within your store
