Job summary

The Reject Shop is offering a hands-on store management role in Australia. You’ll run a store floor with a 10–15 person team, handling stock, service and standards with no office-based tasks. If you love being on the shop floor, this is your opportunity to lead and grow with a global retail model.

The Roster

Run your own store, hands-on and on the floor, with a team of 10 to 15. You'll be in the work, stock, service, standards, done with your team, not from an office. If you love being on the floor, you'll love this. If you want a desk, you won't.

You

You've managed a retail store, servo, fast food outlet, pub, chemist or similar, and you lead by doing. No discount variety experience needed. We'll teach you the business, and a global operating model most managers never get to learn.

What you get

From $31.11 base hourly rate (depending on experience) + penalty rates + overtime rates each week + bonus + 17.5% leave loading, and a real path forward as the business grows.
