Job summary

HARLI + HARPA is seeking a Store Manager to lead and develop our team, floating between Tuggerah and Erina stores with occasional Newcastle support. You’ll drive sales, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and uphold our brand standards in fashion jewellery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing retail team.
• Drive store sales and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Oversee two on-site stores with occasional support to Newcastle.
• Manage budgets, KPI tracking, wages, and shrink.
• Lead by example and foster an inclusive, inspiring team culture.
• Embrace new challenges and drive HARLI + HARPA's Gold experience.
