Job summary

Cotton On Westfield Carousel Sydney is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing store team and deliver an elevated customer experience across our brands.

You will coach and develop team members, manage schedules and wages, and partner with field and merchandising to drive store results while championing our Foundation initiatives globally.

Qualifications

• Lead and embed a culture that builds a team of engaged brand ambassadors within your store.
• Enable and empower your Store Management team who are customer first, people focused and results driven.
• Coach your team to deliver multiple Brand moments and an elevated flagship experience for our customer.
• Identify your teams development needs and motivators to drive wellness and performance.
• Work with Field VM and Merch partners to provide customer and store insights to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Manage store schedules and wages effectively to achieve productivity and wage targets.
• Advocate for the Cotton On Group Foundation and lead the team on global impact projects.

The Role
