AG Warehouse in Cohuna is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer service in our agricultural merchandise store, both in-store and on-farm. You will oversee operations, fertiliser depot activity, budgeting and forecasting, and ensure strong supplier relationships to support local farmers.

Experience in rural retail management and agribusiness knowledge are essential, with fertiliser expertise highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead a diverse team of staff, including an Agronomist, Delivery Driver and Retail Sales Assistants.
• Oversee store operations and the fertiliser depot.
• Manage store profit and loss, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Coordinate deliveries, supplier relationships, and store presentation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with local farmers.
• Support seasonal needs and product knowledge across seed, fertiliser, and rural merchandise.

Being a Store Manager with AG Warehouse:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team in Cohuna. You’ll lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer service in our agricultural merchandise store, both in-store and through on-farm engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Fertiliser knowledge is highly desirable

• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable using retail systems and Microsoft Office
