Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations: staffing, scheduling, training, inventory, visual merchandising, POS, and customer service.
• Deliver proactive and professional sales service.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets.
• Manage stock control and reporting (weekly sales reports).
• Coordinate with Head Office, marketing, and merchandising on promotions and launches.
• Prepare staff rosters and conduct interviews/appraisals.
