Optus in Sydney is seeking an inspirational Store Manager to lead the Carnes Hill team. You will drive a high‑performing culture, coach and develop your people, and ensure exceptional customer experiences every day in store.

This role requires hands‑on leadership, strong operational judgement and a clear focus on customer first outcomes, teamwork, and store results. You’ll partner with regional leadership to uplift performance and celebrate wins.
