Bonds Bondi in Sydney is seeking a motivated Store Manager to lead an inclusive, high-performing team and drive customer experiences.

In this full-time role (38 hours per week), you will manage budgets, KPIs, stock processes, and visual merchandising while growing capabilities through coaching and on-the-spot feedback.

You will thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and contribute to brand standards, community initiatives, and staff development.

About The Role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join the team at our Bonds Bondi store.

This is a full-time position at 38 hours per week.
