Ghanda Clothing in Torquay, VIC is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the GhandaGang on the shop floor. You will coach up to 20 team members, drive Ghanda values, and maintain store presentation to brand standards.

Work closely with the stock allocator to manage stock levels, prepare rosters and sales reports, and ensure store compliance while delivering exceptional customer service and a proactive, growth-minded mindset.

• Demonstrated leadership experience leading teams.
• Strong customer‑centric mindset and store operations.
• Experience in retail/hospitality is valued but attitude matters most.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and train a team of up to 20 team members.
• Drive Ghanda values and ensure brand‑consistent service.
• Maintain store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Liaise with Stock Allocator to maintain stock levels and floor space optimization.
• Prepare and monitor store rosters, sales reports and store compliance.
