EssilorLuxottica’s Sunglass Hut Kawana store on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead the Kawana team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service across premium brands like Chanel, Prada, Ray-Ban and Oakley.

You will coach and motivate a high-performing team, implement visual merchandising standards, manage stock and bonus schemes, and seize growth opportunities in a dynamic luxury eyewear environment.

We’re looking for an energetic, driven and hands on Store Manager to lead our Kawana team!

Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change and support them through new initiatives

Proven problem-solving ability and excellent relationship-building skills.

Exceptional time management and organisational skills

Previous leadership experience, ideally in retail
