Job summary

OPSM in Parkes is seeking a Store Manager to lead the team and drive customer service excellence in our eye care retail store. This is an ideal role for a Junior Manager to learn optical and advance their retail career, with training provided and a supportive team environment.

OPSM offers uncapped monthly bonus, a $1,500 yearly product allowance, generous discounts across Sunglass Hut, Oakley, Ray-Ban and Laubman & Pank, volunteering opportunities, and access to Leonardo for Retail

Qualifications

• You bring proven retail or customer service experience and a track record of achieving results while delivering outstanding customer service.
• You’re a natural problem-solver with the ability to build strong, trusted relationships with customers and team members.
• You have ideally had leadership experience and know how to motivate and develop others to reach their full potential.

• Provide leadership, coaching and support to your team to help them achieve store targets
• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement through hands on coaching and development
• Manage day-to-day retail operations including stock management, team scheduling and performance tracking
