A leading humanitarian organization in Tasmania is seeking a Store Manager to drive sales and enhance community engagement. You will manage a team, support marketing initiatives, and ensure strong relationships with staff and volunteers. The ideal candidate has retail experience, especially in fashion or recycled goods, and strong leadership skills. Competitive salary starting from $58,687.20 plus benefits.

The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales to achieve targets by providing clear direction and fostering an engaged workforce. Working in conjunction with the area manager, you will pro-actively develop, drive and support local and national marketing campaigns and promotional activity within the store e.g. VIP events. On a day to day basis, you will lead, maintain and actively work to ensure strong relationships in a team of staff and volunteers through ongoing coaching and support.

This role is covered by the General Retail and Wholesale award 2010 - Level 6. Salary from $58,687.20 FTE + superannuation + access to salary packaging.
