Job summary

Baby Bunting is Australia’s largest nursery specialist retailer, and we are expanding with a new Ballina store. As Store Manager, you will lead a high-energy team, uphold exceptional customer service, and drive store performance while representing the Baby Bunting brand with pride.

You’ll inspire staff, coach for growth, and ensure families receive expert product knowledge and a welcoming shopping experience. This leadership role centers on results, teamwork, and community-focused service.

About the Role

As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for uplifting your team, fostering a culture where teamwork and collaboration thrive, and being the face of the Baby Bunting brand. We’re looking for someone who is as passionate about leading people as they are about delivering exceptional customer experiences!
