7-Eleven, Inc is seeking an Associate Store Leader for the Central Coast, NSW. You will support day-to-day operations, lead shifts, and grow into a Store Leader with structured development and hands-on experience.

You’ll help deliver great customer experiences through fresh food, quality coffee and essentials, while building skills to step into leadership and ensuring safety, stock, and presentation standards.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in fast-paced customer service environments.
• Desire to grow into leadership.
• Strong communication and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Confidence in working independently.
• Awareness of safety processes is a plus.

• Support the daily operations of the store.
• Lead shifts when required and step up when the Store Manager is away.
• Deliver great customer service and maintain store standards.
• Help manage stock, product availability, and store presentation.
• Work independently to keep operations running smoothly.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, compliance and food safety standards.
