The Reject Shop is seeking a Bench Store Manager at Arndale, SA, Australia. This full-time, on-site role puts you on the floor leading a team of 10 to 15 people, managing stock, service and store standards with hands-on involvement. Enjoy a unique schedule: every Sunday off and every second Saturday off, with three days off every second weekend.

You'll drive sales, coaching, and store operations in a growing discount retailer environment as the business expands within Australia.

Qualifications

• You’ve managed a retail store or similar operation and lead by doing.

Responsibilities

• Run your own store on the floor with a team of 10–15 people.
• Hands-on in work, stock, service and standards on a daily basis.
• Lead by example; no office-based management in this role.
