Job summary

Skechers Australia & New Zealand is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Chermside location. You will work with the Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach the team, and drive store success in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will mentor staff, optimise customer service, manage stock and visual presentation, and contribute to rostering and wage cost efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role in Chermside, Brisbane.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior sales/leadership role in retail.
• Strong customer service focus with ability to coach others.
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs.
• Familiarity with stock management and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and sales targets.
• Inspire and guide the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
