Job summary

ALDI in Melbourne is seeking a Duty Manager to lead store operations during your shift. You’ll supervise team members, manage customer service, and ensure smooth daily performance while upholding ALDI standards.

You’ll open/close, train new staff, handle inquiries, keep shelves stocked, and maintain safety. The role offers a supportive team, extensive training, and opportunities for internal career progression.

• Keeping a keen lookout for any incidents or hazards to keep everyone safe.
