As our network continues to grow and evolve across Australia and New Zealand, we're looking for an ambitious and proactive Specialist, Store Development, Projects & Engineering (SDPE) to help bring our retail vision to life.

This is a true project delivery role with end-to-end ownership. We're looking for someone who can confidently manage multiple projects, influence stakeholders, navigate challenges and drive outcomes. You'll be hands-on, solutions-focused and comfortable taking ownership from planning through to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard.

Reporting to the Manager, SDPE, you'll play a critical role in delivering new store openings, refurbishments, relocations and store enhancement projects across ANZ. You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy working at pace, solving problems, influencing stakeholders and seeing tangible results from the projects you deliver.

What We’re Looking For

You'll bring:

  • 1-3 years' experience in store development, project management, retail construction, fit-outs, property or a related field
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a track record of delivering outcomes
  • Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and build relationships across all levels
  • Exceptional planning, coordination and organisational capabilities
  • Commercial awareness with an understanding of budgets, timelines and project outcomes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a dynamic environment
  • A continuous improvement mindset and a willingness to challenge the status quo
  • Qualifications in Business, Construction, Property, Project Management or a related discipline
  • Flexibility to travel across Australia and New Zealand when required
