Job summary

Woolworths Group in Cairns is seeking friendly Team Members to support daily store operations and deliver a welcoming shopping experience. You’ll assist customers, stock shelves, and help online orders, acting as the last friendly face customers see as they leave.

Responsibilities

• Greet, acknowledge, show care and thank our customers for shopping at Woolies
• Stick to our policies and procedures to ensure we keep ourselves, each other and our customers safe including looking out for and reporting any hazards
• Help our customers by answering their questions or taking them to products they are looking for throughout their shopping journey
• Ensuring our shelves are fully stocked and tidy to enable a fast and easy shopping journey
• Shopping for our online customers, ensuring that they receive what they need
