Job summary

Cotton On Group is seeking a Stocktake Supervisor in Victoria to lead stocktakes up to four per week across the region, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. You will supervise the stocktake team, coordinate admin duties, and maintain strong communication with key stakeholders. Availability from 12.00pm onwards, at least three weeknights per week (Mon–Thu). Qualifications

• Solid understanding of the retail environment and stocktake processes.
• Experience in leading and influencing a team to deliver results.
• Excellent communication and proactive work approach.
• Willing to travel up to 1–2 hours, with a valid driver’s license and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise stocktakes up to 4 per week across the region.
• Ensure accuracy of stocktakes and integrity of shrink reports.
• Coordinate administrative duties and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain high standards of safety and quality during stocktakes.
