Job summary

Cotton On Group is hiring a casual Stocktake Counter in Western Australia. You will work from 2:00pm onwards, part of a team, focusing on accurate stocktakes, delivering on targets, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. You must be able to travel up to 1–2 hours and have a valid driving license.

Your duties include administrative tasks, shrink reporting and analysis, and ensuring data integrity across reports while supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of the retail environment; stocktake experience is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, motivated approach.
• Ability to work with pace and accuracy; multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate stocktakes and maintain integrity of stock reporting.
• Prepare and complete administrative duties and Shrink Reporting/Analysis.
• Maintain strong communication with key stakeholders and work as part of a team.
