Job summary

Sephora Australia is seeking a Stockroom Manager (Inventory Controller) for our new Hurstville store. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, leading cycle counts, and ensuring products and marketing collateral are stored correctly to meet customer demand.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will partner with the Supply Chain and Planning teams to minimize shrinkage, train the team on back-of-house processes, and coordinate stock movements with external partners in a

Qualifications

• Retail stock management experience across cycle counts, product launches, and stock control.
• Experience with visual merchandising and managing stock-related P&L.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint) and SAP is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive scheduled cycle counts to identify stock adjustments and reduce out-of-stock situations.
• Interpret data and reports to support operations and reduce shrinkage.
• Monitor negative stock levels and coordinate with store team.
• Coordinate stock distribution and stock levels with external stakeholders.
• Train the team on shrinkage and back-of-house policies.
