Job summary

The North Face in Sydney is seeking a highly organised Stock Co‑Ordinator to join our store operations. You will own the stockroom, manage deliveries and transfers, and ensure accurate replenishment so customers find the right product on time.

Based primarily in the stockroom, you’ll also occasionally support the shop floor to deliver a great customer experience and help drive store performance through stock visibility and efficient inventory flow.

Qualifications

• Experience in stockroom, inventory or retail environment.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Organised, efficient, able to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive, hands-on and attentive to team requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own/maintain the stockroom, manage deliveries and transfers.
• Ensure accurate stock reception, processing and replenishment.
• Keep stock space clean, structured and presentable for customers.
• Support the sales team on the shop floor when needed to improve customer experience.
