The North Face in NSW, Australia is seeking a highly organized Stock Co-ordinator to ensure stock is received, processed and replenished with accuracy. You will own the stockroom, manage deliveries and transfers, and support the sales team to keep the shop floor well stocked and presented.

This role blends stockroom duties with occasional on-floor support to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You should be detail-oriented, capable of handling competing priorities, and comfortable using

• Experience in a stockroom, inventory or retail environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organised, efficient and able to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive, hands-on and team oriented.
• Confident using systems and picking up new processes quickly.

Responsabilités

• Receive, process and replenish stock to ensure availability on the shop floor.
• Manage deliveries, transfers and inventory flow for a smooth operation.
• Maintain a clean, well-structured stock space and tidy stockroom.

This role is critical in keeping the store running efficiently, ensuring stock is received, processed and replenished with accuracy so our customers always have access to the right product at the right time.Working closely with the Store Management team, you will take ownership of the stockroom, managing deliveries, transfers and inventory flow while maintaining a clean, well-structured stock space. Your role will directly support the sales team by ensuring stock is readily available and the shop floor is consistently replenished and presented to a high standard.You’ll develop a strong understanding of stock movement, best sellers and slower moving products, using this insight to support the store’s overall performance.
