Job summary

Vans in Australia ( VF Corporation ) is seeking a Stock Co-ordinator to ensure stock is received, processed and replenished with accuracy. You will own the stockroom, manage deliveries and transfers, and support sales with timely stock availability, while occasionally assisting on the shop floor to enhance the customer experience.

The role requires experience in stockroom/inventory environments, high attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise.

Qualifications

• Experience in a stockroom, inventory or retail environment.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Organised, efficient and able to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive, hands-on and team-oriented.
• Confident using systems and quick to learn new processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the stockroom, ensuring deliveries and transfers are accurately processed.
• Manage inventory flow and replenish stock to the shop floor.
• Support the sales team by ensuring product availability across store spaces.
• Step onto the shop floor when needed to deliver a great customer experience.
