Job summary

Prouds Jewellers Pty Ltd is seeking a Group Stock Hand to keep our stores stocked and our operations efficient across the national network. You will handle watch repairs, receive and dispatch repaired items, and support daily warehouse tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills are required, enabling daily stock processes and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in stock handling and repairs.
• Ability to collaborate with team members and work independently as needed.
• Proven ability to plan, organise and execute actions to achieve efficient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Process watch repairs to allocated suppliers.
• Receive and dispatch repaired watches back to stores.
• Ensure all repair queries from stores are resolved.
• Liaise with stores and suppliers regarding watch repair queries.
• Perform general ad-hoc and administrative duties including picking.
