Job summary

The North Face is seeking a highly organised Stock Co‑Ordinator to ensure stock is received, processed and replenished with accuracy. The role focuses on keeping the stockroom efficient, managing deliveries and inventory flow, while supporting the sales team with stock available on the floor.

Based in our Victoria store, you will collaborate with Store Management, step onto the shop floor when needed, and contribute to an exceptional customer experience through well-presented stock and timely

Qualifications

• Experience in a stockroom, inventory or retail environment.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Organised, efficient and able to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive, hands-on and team player.
• Confidence using stock systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the stockroom operations including receiving deliveries and processing stock.
• Manage stock transfers and inventory flow to ensure stock is replenished on the floor.
• Support the sales team with stock availability and presentation.
• Develop understanding of fast- and slow-moving products to inform stock decisions.
• Occasionally operate on the shop floor to deliver a great customer experience.
