Qualifikationen

• Experience in maritime, stevedoring or port operations.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and cargo handling techniques.
• Competency in using operational systems and equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Crane driving experience. Ships crane experience is a bonus.
• A current Forklift license will also be well regarded.

Aufgaben

• Safely and efficiently load and unload cargo from vessels in accordance with industry regulations.
• Ensure timely, accurate handling of bulk, general, and project cargo across various ports.
• Collaborate closely with the clients, service providers and operations teams to maintain consistent results in port operations.
• Actively monitor cargo operations to identify potential challenges or inefficiencies.
• Always comply with all safety procedures and industry regulations.
• Support the implementation of new processes and technologies to improve operational efficiency.
