Responsibilities

Curriculum Development: develop and deliver a comprehensive curriculum for Class 1–6 following the Australian Steiner Curriculum Framework.
Classroom Management: create an inclusive, respectful learning environment.
Student Assessment and Progress Tracking: monitor progress and communicate with families.
Steiner Education Training: demonstrate willingness to complete Steiner education training.
Collaboration and Communication: work with staff and parents to support the child's learning journey.
Adhere to child safety standards and school policies.
