Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking an experienced Statistician to join the Technical Operations team at Broadmeadows, NSW. The role provides advanced statistical expertise across Operations, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs to support manufacturing and quality activities throughout the product lifecycle.

You will apply modern statistical methods, lead comparability assessments, and support data-driven process improvements, scale-up, and technology transfers, working within a global team based at Broadmeadows.

Qualifications

• Advanced statistical expertise with experience in GMP environments.
• Experience supporting manufacturing/quality/regulatory functions.
• Strong programming and data extraction skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced statistical methodologies to support process understanding and product quality.
• Utilize regression, mixed-effects, multivariate analysis, PCA, hypothesis testing, and Bayesian methods.
• Provide expert statistical consultation to cross-functional teams.
• Support regulatory submissions, inspections, and audits with sound statistical principles.
• Deliver training to promote statistical capability across the business.
• Support investigations, CAPAs, and root cause analyses with quantitative analysis.
