Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Natural Sciences, Pharmacy, or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in pharma/regulated industry.
• Strong GMP/GxP knowledge and regulatory understanding.
• Leadership experience and ability to develop people.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of QC Scientists, Analysts, and Technicians.
• Ensure testing activities comply with GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Manage laboratory operations, workload planning and resource allocation.
• Support investigations of quality events and deviations.
• Audit support as SME during internal/external audits.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality and efficiency.
