Moxxi is seeking a motivated and highly organised Statewide Onboarding & Owner Experience Lead to join our dynamic team. This is a crucial role responsible for creating an exceptional first impression for our new property owners and driving the continued expansion of our portfolio across the state.

At Moxxi, we manage beautiful short-term rental homes—and we do it with heart, systems, and style. This is a key role focused on welcoming new property owners, coordinating onboarding logistics, and ensuring every home we launch is guest-ready and stunning.

Key responsibilities:

Meet with potential property owners and assess onboarding suitability.

Build strong relationships and guide owners through the onboarding journey.

Manage logistics including property setup, styling purchases, and quality control.

Lead a virtual onboarding assistant and oversee process delivery.

Conduct final walkthroughs and ensure readiness for listing.

Proactively identify and generate new property leads through networking, referrals, and local outreach

Represent Moxxi at expos, owner events, and community sessions to strengthen brand presence and owner trust.

Statewide travel, with support from Moxxi’s head office in Launceston.

What we are looking for:

Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or business development. Experience in real estate or tourism is highly regarded but not essential.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; you can build rapport with anyone.

A self-starter who thrives on autonomy. You are highly organised, comfortable with tech, self-motivated, and can manage your time effectively without direct supervision.

A growth mindset with a natural ability to spot and develop new opportunities.
