Work Arrangement: 60% in local support office and 40% in network supporting clinics and regions.

The role

With a growing business, the newly created State Manager role is an opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic leader to join our Sales Leadership Team in the role of State Manager, you will support your region to transform the way Australians experience hearing care. You will have an opportunity to lead and mentor our Regional Business Managers to ensure effective delivery of the commercial goals and drive change and focus on the customer experience as well as operational excellence by enhancing the clinic sales performance through in clinic efficiencies. This role is also responsible for driving the performance of the region to exceed commercial objectives and targets.

Reporting to the Managing Director Retail ANZ, your duties will be but not limited to:

  • Driving sales performance (revenue and sales related cost targets) through implementation of effective sales plans
  • Delivery of in clinic efficiencies through effective prioritization, leadership of others, and corrective action as required
  • People management, development, and communication to achieve alignment, clarity, recognition, and performance.
  • Integration of the Retail Customer Journey and Value Proposition into the area.
What we are looking for
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated sales leadership experience
  • A proven track record in commercial acumen
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and influential skills
  • Australian Driver License
  • Hearing Industry or relatable field experience desirable
