Global Turf is seeking a State Manager to lead Queensland operations from the Sunshine Coast depot in Woombye. You will own the P&L, shape the team and set the state’s direction, backed by an established company with a track record in golf courses, racecourses and sports fields.

You will drive project delivery across multiple sites, mentor the team, optimise resources, manage safety and QA, and build relationships with councils and head contractors.

Qualificações

• Proven leadership in civil, landscape, construction or similar project-based business.
• Track record of managing a P&L and improving margins.
• Experience estimating, pricing or reviewing tenders.
• Hands-on, solutions-focused style, comfortable on site and in the boardroom.
• Confidence using business, project management and reporting systems to monitor performance and support decision-making.
• Solid safety mindset and experience with WHS and QA systems.

About you

A solid safety mindset and experience with WHS and QA systems

A current driver's licence and Construction White Card, plus willingness to travel to sites

Experience in golf course, sports field or racecourse construction

Relevant tertiary qualifications (Construction Management, Business or similar)
