Job summary

HenCo Group is seeking a State Manager to lead Western Australia operations across workshops and field service teams, driving safety, efficiency and growth while building high-performing teams focused on our trailer hire network.

You will translate strategy into on-the-ground results, manage costs, and foster accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement within our expanding operations.

• Oversee daily operations across workshops, field service teams, and asset management.
• Drive operational efficiency with clear KPIs for trailer servicing, refurbishment, and stock movement.
• Ensure compliance and safety standards are embedded in all areas.
• Contribute to commercial growth, including onboarding new B2B sites and improving revenue through productivity and cost control.
• Develop and execute site strategies for top-up and moulding initiatives.
• Build and lead a values-driven, high-performing team.
