For more than 30 years, Sureway has been a trusted leader inemployment services across Australia. As a State Manager for the InclusiveEmployment Australia program, you will be responsible for strategic operationsacross your region, leading a team of area managers and guiding them in allaspects of quality service delivery and performance.

We are looking to fill a number of positions that will cover both metro and country regions across NSW, VIC, SA, QLD, ACT and / or WA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and operational oversightacross multiple regions and sites
  • Lead and empower a team of Area Managers and their teams todeliver sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement within aparticipant focused service delivery model
  • Leverage systems, tools, and reports to analyse and monitorindividual, site and area performance and quality metrics
  • Facilitate training and development to ensure the provisionof high-quality person-centred services
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships withgovernment agencies, disability services, employers, and communityorganisations
  • Achieve performance and quality KPIs
  • Represent Sureway at state forums, industry bodies, and keystakeholder engagements to influence policy and promote inclusive employment
  • Champion a high-performance and inclusive culture thatreflects Sureway’s values and commitment to diversity and empowerment

What we are looking for:

  • Extensive leadership and management experience, inemployment services, disability services, or a related human services field
  • Proven experience managing multiple regions or large teams,with strong people leadership and coaching capability
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage complexprograms, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
  • Deep understanding of disability inclusion, social impact,and employment sector reforms
  • Commercially astute with experience using data-driveninsights to optimise performance and drive sustainable growth
  • Strong relationship management skills and the ability toinfluence and negotiate at senior levels
  • Tech-savvy and confident in leading teams through digitaltools, reporting systems, and compliance platforms
