Job summary

Stanmore Resources is launching a structured two-year graduate program in 2027 for graduates in Mechanical, Electrical, Mining, Processing, Geotechnical, Environmental, and Accounting/Finance. You will rotate across three Bowen Basin operations, gaining hands-on experience and working with seasoned industry professionals who support your career growth in mining.

The program provides hands-on exposure, structured development objectives, access to mentors and leaders, and relocation/travel support

Qualifications

• Recent graduates (qualifications obtained in 2025 or 2026).
• Willingness to relocate or undertake rotations across Central Queensland.
• Interest in building a career in mining with a structured two-year graduate program.

Responsibilities

• Complete rotations across Bowen Basin operations.
• Gain hands-on experience and practical skills with guidance from experienced professionals.
• Develop through a structured development program with tailored objectives.
• Build strong professional networks across the business.
• Relocation and travel/accommodation support available where required.

We Are Looking For

• Recent graduates (qualifications obtained in 2025 or 2026)
• A practical mindset and willingness to learn
• A genuine interest in building a career in the mining industry
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A valid Australian Drivers' Licence
• Australian working rights
• The ability to relocate or undertake rotations in Central Queensland for the majority of the program (relocation, accommodation and travel support provided where required)
