Job summary

Hey Amara is hiring an experienced Stainless Steel Fabricator in Minto, Sydney NSW for a permanent, full-time role. The job involves taking tanks from drawing to finished product, fabricating and assembling tanks, vessels and mixing equipment with strong TIG and MIG welding skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in stainless steel fabrication and tank manufacturing.
• Strong TIG and MIG welding skills.
• Ability to build tanks from start to finish and interpret drawings.
• Good eye for weld quality, polishing and finishing.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Read engineering drawings and plan assembly.
• Measure, cut, prepare and fit stainless steel components.
• Weld using TIG and MIG to produce clean, consistent welds.
• Fabricate and assemble tanks, vessels and mixing equipment from start to finish.
• Polish and finish to ensure the product looks as good as it performs.
• Take ownership of work and maintain quality throughout the build.
