We’re seeking a Staff Software Engineer to drive the technical vision for customer interactions across digital, assisted and AI-enabled channels, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Omnichannel.

Qualifications

• Deep full-stack engineering expertise across frontend, backend and cloud-native tech.
• Hands-on technical leadership, setting engineering direction and architecture.
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems and microservices.
• Strong background in .NET/C#, React, TypeScript, AWS and secure APIs.
