Job summary

Coreflow in Sydney, Australia is seeking a Software Engineer (Staff/Principal) to own end-to-end product and infrastructure work within an AI-powered interactive entertainment stack. You will drive memory design for long-running conversations, build the personalized For You feed, and evaluate frontier models for scalable deployment.

You will join a small, highly capable team with ownership across product and AI systems, using TypeScript/Next.js/React stack and Python-based inference pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design memory for month-long conversations, including memory write, ranking and retrieval within a fixed context budget.
• Build the For You feed with end-to-end retrieval, ranking, cold start and experimentation.
• Ship frontier models days after release; evaluate, benchmark, and optimize hosting economics for millions of users.
