Qualifications

• Production AI/ML systems experience.
• Experience with training/evaluation/inference and model monitoring.
• Strong Python and SQL proficiency.
• Ability to lead complex technical initiatives from discovery to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategically important AI/ML initiatives, shaping architecture and engineering practices.
• Support the Engineering Manager in setting technical direction and championing best practices.
• Collaborate across product, ML, software and data engineering to align solutions with priorities.
• Design, build, deploy and operate end-to-end ML products, pipelines and services.
• Own the production ML lifecycle including experimentation, deployment and monitoring.
• Establish robust evaluation frameworks to track performance and drift.
• Mentor engineers to uplift engineering quality and team effectiveness.
