Job summary

Macquarie Group seeks a strong principal engineer to tackle challenging problems in the bank. This role blends principal engineer, technical architect, and people manager responsibilities, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of the platforms owned by your teams.

You will be hands-on in code, mentor junior engineers, and lead on complex technology issues across the company while hiring and growing the technical capability of your teams.
