Job summary

NinjaTech AI in Sydney is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to build and deploy AI-powered agentic platforms. This on-site/hybrid role focuses on React, Next.js, Python, and collaboration with VP of Engineering and CTO to ship scalable web applications.

You’ll work across frontend, backend, and infra, optimize performance, write tests, and participate in code reviews in a fast-paced team. The office offers free daily meals and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of software development experience building scalable web apps.
• Generalist mindset across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Experience in at least one: Python, React, Node.js, or Next.js; willingness to learn more.

Responsibilities

• Translate vision and customer needs into interactive apps with strong UX.
• Improve performance and optimization for fast user experience.
• Develop and maintain platform API documentation.
• Write clean, maintainable code in React/Next.js/Python with tests.
• Participate in code reviews and give constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot and debug platform issues; implement preventive fixes.
• Collaborate with product management on requirements and feasibility.
• Leverage RESTful APIs and WebSockets for backend communication.
• Unit-test code for robustness and edge cases.
• Explore and adopt new technologies to raise development efficiency.
