City of Greater Geelong is seeking a Shift Supervisor (Stadiums) to oversee daily operations of a busy stadium, ensuring safety, efficiency and excellent customer service. The role leads frontline teams, manages rostering and ensures OH&S compliance across shifts.

The position is casual with Band 4 classification and the organisation emphasizes community-focused venues and staff development.

Qualifications

• Extensive cash handling experience.
• Provide First Aid and CPR Certificates.
• Working with Children Check required.
• A current Victorian Driver's Licence.
• National Police Check and pre-employment medical may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up and pack down the venue and facilities for bookings and events.
• Supervise daily stadium operations ensuring service, safety and efficiency.
• Lead, support, and coordinate staff across each shift, including rostering and mentoring.
• Resolve patron enquiries and issues professionally while building relationships with groups and clubs.
• Handle cash, balance registers, bookings, and reports to support promotions and events.
• Act as Chief Warden where applicable and ensure OH&S compliance.
