Job summary

Amentum’s OASIS Program in Alice Springs seeks a results-driven Support Services Center (SSC) Manager to lead operations, optimise processes, and develop a high-performing team. You will oversee customer services, scheduling, hospitality, and admin functions, using Lean Six Sigma to drive efficiency while ensuring compliance with corporate standards.

Qualifications

• 10 years of leadership/management experience in SSC or similar
• 2 consecutive years of supervisory experience in support centre or asset management
• Experience using KPIs/metrics to drive improvements
• Oversight of 20+ employees
• Budgeting/financial oversight to manage expenses
• Understanding of cost optimization strategies
• Experience mitigating operational risks and handling emergencies
• Ability to present data-driven reports to senior management
