Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Supervisor to lead the SSC Planning and Scheduling Team in Alice Springs. You will direct daily planning and scheduling of maintenance, ensuring work orders are well-scoped, resourced, and scheduled for safe, efficient execution.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain. Relocation support and territory allowances apply.

Qualifications

Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling in industrial, facilities or similar environments.
1–2 years in a leadership role (desirable).
Proficient in CMMS applications such as SAP PM, Pronto, or Maximo.

Responsibilities

Analyse performance metrics to identify trends and improve planning/scheduling practices.
Lead and support the Planning and Scheduling team’s day-to-day activities.
Oversee planning/scheduling of preventive, corrective and reactive maintenance work orders.
