The Employee Life Cycle (ELC) Specialist delivers accurate, timely and customer-focused employee lifecycle services within a global, process-aligned operating model. The role may support employees, managers and HR stakeholders across multiple markets within one or more end-to-end process areas (i.e. Hires & Job changes, Leavers, Time and Absence, and Global Employee Data and Support).

The ELC Specialist manages employee lifecycle transactions and enquiries, applies global standards and relevant local requirements, protects employee data, and works across teams to provide a consistent and seamless service experience. The role requires independent judgement, ownership of more complex cases and an active contribution to service quality and continuous improvement.

Please note that this is a 1-year fixed-term opportunity; however, there may be a possibility of contract renewal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end employee lifecycle services for assigned process areas and multiple markets, in line with agreed procedures, controls and service levels.
  • Process and validate employee data and transactions in HR systems, ensuring completeness, accuracy, timeliness and appropriate approvals.
  • Manage employee, manager and HR stakeholder enquiries through designated service channels, providing clear guidance, timely updates and effective resolution.
  • Take ownership of complex cases, investigate root causes, coordinate with relevant teams and elevate risks or exceptions when required.
  • Prepare, review and maintain employee-related documentation and records in accordance with global standards, applicable local requirements and retention rules.
  • Coordinate with other Employee Lifecycle teams, HR partners, payroll, benefits, technology teams and external providers to ensure smooth hand-offs and end-to-end completion.
  • Perform quality checks, reconciliations and control activities; identify and resolve data or process discrepancies before they affect downstream services.
  • Handle personal and sensitive information confidentially and comply with privacy, security, audit and risk-management requirements.
  • Maintain process documentation, knowledge articles and working instructions so that information remains accurate, accessible and current.
  • Monitor service performance, identify recurring issues and contribute to standardisation, simplification, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Share knowledge, support onboarding and capability building, and provide day-to-day guidance to less experienced colleagues when needed.
  • Adapt to changes in process scope, market coverage, systems and service priorities while maintaining high-quality delivery.

Work arrangement: This role is hybrid. Typical schedule will include 2 to 3 days on-site per week, with flexible working hours.
